City & Provincial Securities is a property based private equity business and is the largest individual shareholder and fund manager for City & Provincial (Equity Partners) Limited, which is our principal investment vehicle.

We aim to deliver superior returns to our investors by careful stock selection, applying a structured finance approach and hands-on asset management over a typical investment period per asset of 3 years.

Between 1997 and 2007 we delivered audited returns in excess of 20% per annum compound. We expect this to be maintained through the continuation of our tried and tested formula and complementary management team which enables assets to be sourced, often off-market, the debt and equity finance to be structured appropriately and properties managed to maximize returns to investors.

A General Meeting of Shareholders is held annually in Central London, usually in January.
